Can any of your extensions and/or Wigs be dyed?

Yes, All bundles and Wigs are 100% Human Hair and can be styled with heat, & dye as such.

What happens to unpaid orders?

All submitted but unpaid order have 4 buisness days to finish payment or will be cancelled.

How do i know what length to buy?

We offer measurement charts in most/if not all listings! If you still need help you can reach out through instagram DM’s

How/Can i Cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel an order before shipment, you can reach us through Email, or IG DM’s. A refund is guaranteed if we haven’t already inquired any of our vendors but we require a $35 Cancellation Fee that will be deducted from your refunded amount. Once an order has been shipped, or inquired from our vendors, it CANNOT be refunded or returned. Please double check your order before finalizing the OS form.

Where do you ship from?

We ship all of our products out from the Oxnard/Ventura, California Area. Our vendors are located across the world in places like Japan, and Florence Italy.

How do i place an order?

Submit the Order Form on the Order page and send your payment screenshot. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently take Paypal, Apple Pay, and CashApp. More payment options will become available in the upcoming year.

Are all products ready to ship?

All products listed as “available” are ordered through vendors to be shipped.

Do you offer Refunds or Exchanges?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, once an order is shipped all sales are final. No exchanges are accepted. Though submitted orders are able to be edited before shipment. Please double check your order before finalizing the O.S Form/checking out.

How long does shipping take?

Processing usually takes 1-3 business days. Shipping time varies on location but usually takes up to 1 business week. 1/5 If backed up.

do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship exclusively within the United States. Any submitted orders outside the US will be cancelled.

How do i track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package. The link to enter your tracking number and follow your package is listed on the Home Page.

What do i do if i entered the wrong address?

All submissions/orders on the O.S Form can be edited at anytime before shipment. Please let us know ASAP if you ran into this problem even if you’ve edited the delivery address as we could run into shipping label problems if was already printed.
